Once we've received your return and have been given the thumbs-up from our warehouse, our friendly customer service team will issue your refund in the original form of payment.

- Refunds on items returned by courier (Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, etc.) will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds that are the result of refusing a package may take up to 10 business days
